Shipping policy
- Delivery service is being provided by the Boy Scouts (Troop 5). This service is offered separately from the Bedford Men's Club. The Bedford Men's Club is not responsible for any accidental damage to personal property as a result of the tree delivery.
- Delivery is free of charge. However, the Boy Scouts are soliciting donations for this service. A donation of $10 is suggested, but is not mandatory. Delivery donations to the Boy Scouts should be given upon delivery.
- We are only able to deliver Christmas Trees on weekends to the towns of Bedford and Amherst.
- Due to Covid-19 safety guidelines, the Boy Scouts will not be able to enter your home with the Christmas Tree. The tree will be delivered to any outside location of your home.
- If you would like a fresh cut upon your tree's trunk, the Boy Scouts will also provide this service. A fresh cut is recommended to allow the tree to drink water and if you are intending to put the tree in water within a couple of hours. Tree sap will accumulate and hamper the tree's ability to drink water if left for more than a few hours.
- For special delivery instructions, please contact Boy Scout Troop 5. They will do their best to meet reasonable requests. (will get specific contact information).
